Together, they take all the hard work and guesswork out of sugar work, making it super easy and so much fun to create perfectly golden, bubbly and brittle yet sticky coffee-time treats, cake decorations or honeycomb gifts. Good honeycomb candy takes precision timing on your stovetop. You’ve got to know when to stir, when not to stir, and when to kill the heat. The temperature can rocket up fast and your candy can burn, leaving you with a sticky hot mess and no choice but to start all over again. But not with your Thermomix and silicone honeycomb mould.

Whether you prefer to use honey or golden syrup, your Thermomix keeps the honeycomb candy at the optimum temperature, stirring at just the right time, for consistent results.  And the honeycomb mould makes the cutest bite-sized treats. No oiling or liners required. Simply fill to the top of the mould (we recommend making double the honeycomb recipe to do this) and leave it to fully set before peeling away evenly. 

Enjoy with coffee. Dip or drizzle to make honeycomb chocolates, sprinkled with a little sea salt, toasted nuts or sesame seeds. Crumble into vanilla ice cream. Decorate a tart or cake.
