As DC is a capital and not a state, the guard is placed under the authority of the President of the United States. Patch measures 2-1/4″ high by 2-1/8″ in wide with hook and loop fasteners. Worn on the Scorpion (OCP) and/or Multicam (OEF-CP) Army Combat Uniform (ACU). Sold individually.
